Desecrate wine, approach it with the same sincere enthusiasm as all the other delicacies and take the opportunity to discover the local built heritage, small natural treasures and of course go to meet local producers, artisans, artists, with all the humanity of the world and in the desire to share … This is what the “Rasteau Secret” have in store for you! In today’s times, it seemed essential to us to redefine wine tourism, and to make it more personalized, more authentic, more intimate, in connection with these men and women who work for an exceptional gastronomic and wine heritage! From its ties forged with Rasteau, it was obvious for the actors of the Cru to join forces with Coco de Youpi Tours and to imagine a personalized program in Dyane with visit of the vineyard and hidden corners (with panoramic views), but also of course the wine tastings in the presence of some winegrowers … all in a bucolic setting, accompanied by local delicacies (cold meats, local cheeses, artisanal biscuits, olives and derivatives, various breads, seasonal fruits). A hearty aperitif, perfectly dinner. This allows the participating public to spend the evening perched without worrying about finding a bistro or a restaurant!
