The 8 Chefs and Artisans Sponsors of “La Fête dans les Etoiles”
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Cru Rasteau, a collaboration has been set up with 10 Chefs and artisans who are sponsors. 8 of them will concoct for you on August 10th a gastronomic menu on the occasion of the event “La Fête dans les Étoiles“.
Like the values of the appellation, this project was meant to be collective and would not be what it is without them! We are happy to be able to be by their side, and to continue to support them. It was important for us that they participate in this project and we are proud to be able to offer you a sophisticated picnic, in accordance with the wines of Cru Rasteau in Red and the summer season.
They concocted together the gourmet picnic on the occasion of “La Fête dans les Étoiles“. A menu that you can find at the end of your journey, on the village square, made up of 8 different dishes, from starter to dessert and in perfect harmony with Cru Rasteau wines.

- Philippe ZEMOUR from the restaurant and guesthouses « Maisons Du‘O » in Vaison-la-Romaine
A native of the country, he savored Provence and its nature; and it can be felt in his kitchen. Its deep relationship with natural elements gave it a taste for good things.
- Cyril GLEMOT from the restaurant « Côteaux & Fourchettes » in Cairanne
Passionate since his youngest age, Cyril knows how to delight the pucks of informed and amateurs alike! Open since 2010, his restaurant was a former wine estate.

- Nicolas PAILHES from the restaurant « L’Escapade » in Richerenches
From traditional dishes to daring bites, his recipes come from the land and in accordance with the seasons. Last year during the 1st confinement, we went to meet him in the kitchen and he then concocted his recipe for “Fillet of red mullet with fennel and Burlat cherries confit in red wine AOC Rasteau, chicken liver and garlic tempura by Piolenc ”

Wine merchants, epicureans and enthusiasts, the meetings and exchanges around a bottle of wine and a few dishes create the perfect moment for this duo!
